Lots of Easter Egg Hunts are happening this weekend in Dallas County, but the Adel Parks and Recreation has a special one for dogs.

The annual Dog Easter Egg Hunt will be happening Saturday afternoon at 1pm. The Parks & Rec emphasizes that all dogs must be on a leash at all times and that the objective of the hunt is for a person to walk them to a plastic egg, then the dog must touch the egg with its nose or paw, and only then can they receive the treat that is inside. The event is free for the public and dogs to attend and will take place at the Adel Dog Park, 1800 S. 15th, at 1pm on Saturday.
