The Greene County High School track & field teams were scheduled for a meet in Earlham today, but that has been postponed. Greene County Activities Director Dave Wright told Raccoon Valley Radio the makeup date is Thursday, but the Rams will not be going to Earlham due to other meets on the schedule.

The Rams have a girls’ meet scheduled for this Thursday in Audubon, a boys’ meet set for Friday at Winterset, and a coed meet in Panora on Tuesday, April 2 at Panorama High School. Another coed meet is set for Van Meter on April 4, followed by the April 5 Greene County Early Bird Meet at Linduska Field in Jefferson, so if the weather holds, the Rams will be plenty busy in the near future.

Contact the Activities Department at Greene County High School to volunteer to help at any of the high school or middle school track meets the Rams will be hosting.

Greene County soccer for today was called off late this morning due to weather conditions. The girls were to have hosted Grand View Christian (Des Moines) at Linduska Field and the boys’ were to have played at Boone. If soccer makeup dates are made available, we’ll pass them onto you.
