According to the utility company, they will host the inaugural Fiber Gaming Network Iowa Clash from April 26th-28th. Minburn Communications highlights that this is a statewide virtual electronic sporting event (ESports) featuring the game “Rocket League.” The organization says the event is open to people over the age of 13, who either live in an area that’s served by Minburn Communications or attend the Perry, Adel-DeSoto-Minburn, Dallas Center-Grimes, or Woodward-Granger School Districts.

Players will be eligible to win a cash prize from $300 to $4,200. Games will be played from the comfort of participants’ homes for free and the registration deadline is April 19th. To register, click here.
