Melissa Miller, age 27, 1260 S. Jordan Creek Pkwy, West Des Moines, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.

March 19

Steven Stanley, age 63, 1220 5th St, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

Landon Anderson, Adel, was traveling in the 32000 block of R Ave when he struck a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $8000.  The vehicle had to be towed from the scene.

 A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
