The third and final indoor track & field meet the Greene County Rams will be in is today. Girls’ head coach Derek Merk and boys’ head coach Chad Morton will have partial squads at Buena Vista University in Storm Lake at today BVU High School Elite Indoor Meet. This past week the Greene County schools have been on Spring Break and many athletes have gone away, but the coaches will have some athletes competing.

The Rams are off to a strong start on both the boys and girls sides with several top 10 finishes indoors at meets inside the UNI-Dome in Cedar Falls and the Lied Student Recreation Center in Ames. Greene County goes outdoors sooner than normal for competition as both teams are entered in the March 19 Simpson College High School Classic in Indianola.
