The upcoming Perry City Council will include a public hearing for a particular item on Monday.
The Council’s public hearing will detail the city’s intent of disposal of unclaimed/abandoned property of the Perry Police Department. Other items that are on the agenda include consideration of approval of a pay application for the Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements, and a resolution for a professional services agreement with Bolton & Menk for the Willis Avenue Overlay project.
Additional items to be considered for approval include a resolution for the fire department seeking another member, a permanent alleyway easement, a resolution for a letter of support for the Perry Lutheran Homes Grant Application to Aureon’s Meals on Wheels Program, resolution for a plat of survey to establish parcels within the City of Perry, and authorizing a purchase agreement for land acquisition of property situated in Dallas County.
