The former Perry native, Molly Lutmer, wrapped up her Senior year at Simpson College on the hardwood.  Lutmer had an outstanding year where she finished First Team All American Rivers Conference.  She made 64 threes during the season which was a conference high and averaged 12.7 ppg.

Simpson College ended the season with a 14-12 overall record and 9-7 mark in A-R-C play.

The once Jayette committed to University of Sioux Falls to start her collegiate career.  She would play sparring for 2 years before transferring to Simpson.  She would flourish immediately with the Storm.  Her junior year she would average over 10 ppg and be named the Team’s Sixth Player of the Year.  Then as a Senior she was first team all conference.
