Ethan Libby, age 28, 1617 Taylor St, Redfield, was arrested for Burglary 2nd Degree, Two counts of  Domestic Abuse Assault,  Public Intox, Harassment – 1st Degree,  Burglary 1st Degree and Interference With Official Acts.

Yahir Tofolla, age 20, 1913 E 24th St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While Barred.

Macayla Stone, Bouton, was driving on Hwy 141 at R Ave when she hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $7500.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

 A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
