Registration is now open for the Adel Parks and Recreation Department’s Kids Power Wheels Nationals taking place this summer.

The annual free event will be held on June 22nd for children ages 2-7. The Adel Parks & Rec encourages children to bring a power wheel, and if they don’t own one, then they will be provided one by a community sponsor on the day of the event. There will be different divisions for the races: limited pro stock (ages 2-4), pro stock (age 5-7), and outlaw (5-7), according to the organization.

Pre-registration is available until June 7th in order to guarantee a free t-shirt. Participants may still register after that leading up to the day of registration.
