The AC/GC Chargers girls track team competed in their first meet of the season yesterday.

Junior Ava Campbell was the only athlete to place for points in the meet, taking 3rd place in the 800 meter race with a time of 2 minutes 25.77 seconds. The 4×800 meter relay team secured 15th, while the 4×400 meter team took 19th and the 4×100 meter team nabbed a 20th place finish. The 800 sprint medley relay team captured 21st, and in the long jump senior Isabelle Rouse secured 22nd while junior Shyann Young brought home 24th, and sophomores Cadence Boals and Becca Littler took 23rd and 24th respectively for shot put.
