The City of Adel began work on Sunday on a bridge replacement project involving North 15th Street, causing a temporary detour.

The City of Adel comments that a detour route will be in effect for the next two weeks during the project. According to the city, the bridge on North 15th Street in Adel, is being worked on by McClure Engineering Company. The City expresses the cooperation of residents in order to complete the project over the next couple of weeks.
