The Perry School Board is holding a Special Board of Education Meeting tomorrow in hopes of announcing the date to return to full days of school.
After the January 4th shooting at Perry High School, the students were on a three week hiatus, returning later in the month. The school board has made several changes to the normal routine, including early dismissals. The board is holding a special meeting tomorrow to approve the date of schedule for recovery plan.
Superintendent Clark Wicks recently spoke with Raccoon Valley Radio that the decision was supposed to be made during a special meeting last Thursday but after listening to Perry teachers, they considered to push it to tomorrow. The Special Board of Education Meeting will be held tomorrow inside the High School Brady Library at 5pm.
