The Jefferson City Council will meet tomorrow tonight.
The meeting will start with a public hearing on the plans and specifications, form of contract and cost estimate of the East Lincoln Way resurfacing project, and then the Council will consider approving the project following the hearing. They will also consider the second reading to rezone a property at 403 West Head Street from light industrial to multi-family residential, which must be passed by a supermajority, or four affirmative votes.
Additionally, the Council will consider setting a public hearing for an upper story apartment project for The Centennial, as a requirement for the Community Development Block Grant that was awarded for the project. They will also consider for approval to write-off bad debt for utilities from 2015-2019, confirming the employment of Joe Foote as the Golf Course Clubhouse Manager, the fifth pay estimate for the airport hangar project, and a proposal from Bolton and Menk for a capital improvement plan.
The meeting will take place in-person and electronically at 5:30pm in the City Hall Council Chambers.
