Monica Goering, age 34, 2811 Warford St, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Bicilio Galvan, age 21, 1012 El Walnut St, Elkhart, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

Kelli Hamilton, age 37, 317 Trowbridge, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

A minor driver was in the 33000 block of N Ave when the driver hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and the vehicle had an estimated $4000 damage.  The vehicle was privately towned.

Feb. 22

Shalie Lazelle, age 37, 31920 Timber Ridge Trl, Waukee, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.

Joseph Walker, age 33, 602 E Granger Ave, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
