The Iowa Girls Coaches Association recently announced the 2024 Academic All-State winners.

Requirements to be named to Academic All-State by the IGCA are that the athlete must be a senior, and meet two of three other criteria. Those criteria are a cumulative Grade Point Average of 3.75 AND, an American College Testing (ACT) score of 27 or higher (1200 or higher Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT)), or a class rank in the top 15-percent of the class in Classes 3A, 4A and 5A, and in the top 20-percent of the class in classes 1A and 2A.

Panorama had four athletes named, including Mia Waddle, Tyme Boettcher, Kaitlin Kent and Jaidyn Sellers, while Adair – Casey / Guthrie Center had two athletes named, including Emerson Van Meter and Kelsey Carlson.
