This Wednesday, Guthrie County Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Program Director Meghan McBride will be at the Mary J Barnett Memorial Library.

McBride will be the guest speaker for the library’s February edition of Lunch and Learn. She says that she’ll be teaching about the “Spend Smart, Eat Smart” program, which helps individuals find a way to plan healthy meals, while maintaining a working budget. Individuals will also have some Valentine’s Day themed snacks to enjoy. The program will begin at noon.
