Arlene Bell, age 32, 6630 Nature Rd NW, Bemidji , Mn, was arrested for being a Fugitive From Justice.

Ronald Feldman, age 26, 3035 E. Ovid Ave, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Probation Terms.

Feb. 10

Andrew Byrnes, Redfield, was traveling in the 16000 block of 310th Trail when he lost control on a curve and the vehicle went into the ditch, rolling.  Mr. Byrnes received minor injuries and refused treatment at the scene.  The vehicle had an estimated $4000 damage and was towed from the scene.  Mr. Byrnes was cited for Failure To Maintain Control.

Maurice Boyd, age 46, 3560 E. Douglas Ave, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Probation Terms.

Amber Irlbeck, age 25, 19333 Cherry St, Carlisle, was arrested for Public Intoxication.

Feb. 11

Junior Jaime Provencio, age 31, 35801 Red Pine Ct., Earlham, was arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault and Child Endangerment.

Cecelia Vick, age 22, 816 E. Emma Ave, Des Moines, was arrested for Violation Of Probation Terms.

Feb. 12

Victorino Pena Perez, age 45, 320 W 2nd St, Glidden, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
