A Des Moines woman had her charge dismissed in Greene County District Court.
According to court documents, Greene County Attorney Thomas Laehn filed a motion to dismiss the Class D Felony for gambling-avoid setoff for 42-year-old Jade Leonard. District Court Judge Joseph McCarville granted the dismissal with the court costs to be assessed to Leonard.
