The first evening storytime will begin tonight at the Perry Public Library.
The library currently has storytimes during the day for children to get involved in literacy activities, but the Perry Library is starting a new evening session tonight from 6:30-7:15pm. According to the library, children are invited to wear pajamas and bring their favorite stuffed animal, while Miss Laura will be reading fun books, singing songs, and partake in a craft.
Perry Library says the program is designed for kids 2-5 but parents/guardians are encouraged to join. In addition to tonight, the library will continue to meet on Monday evenings for the remainder of the month, except February 19th (President’s Day). More information can be found at https://www.perry.lib.ia.us/ or by calling the library at (515)-465-3569.
