Monday, January 29th
3:49am: A deputy removed debris off the roadway in the 1000 blk of U Ave.
10:34am: A deputy assisted Department of Human Services with a complaint of abuse.
12:49pm: A deputy performed a welfare check in the 900 blk of Cedar St. in Scranton.
2:37pm: A deputy assisted a motorist in the 2300 blk of Neola Ave.
6:19pm: A deputy assisted with a child custody issue in the 600 blk of 15th Street South in Grand Junction.
6:51pm: A deputy removed an injured deer from the roadway in the 1600 blk of N Ave.
11:02pm: A deputy was advised of animal abuse in the 1000 blk of Grant Street in Scranton. During the investigation the deputy advised the dogs appeared to be in good health.
Tuesday, January 30th
12:42pm: A deputy performed a welfare check in the 2000 blk of M Ave.
12:44pm: Deputies assisted the Jefferson Police Department with locating a male subject.
2:50pm: William Breidert (49) of Glidden was booked into the jail for operating without interlock.
7:48pm: A deputy was advised of smoke near a residence in the 800 blk of Hager St. East in Grand Junction. The deputy determined someone was using a smoker.
11:12pm: A deputy was advised of a strange odor in the 1400 blk of 130th St. The deputy checked the area and was not able to locate the odor.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
