7:05am: Jared Dennhardt (34) of Jefferson was booked into the jail for Harassment 3rd Degree.

11:35am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Fire Department in the 1100 blk of 330th Street for smoke inside the residence.

12:56pm: A deputy assisted the Department of Human Resources in the 800 blk of Percival Street in Grand Junction.

1:02pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of a barking dog in the 900 blk of Main Street in Scranton.

4:11pm: A deputy was advised of a welfare check.

6:20pm: A deputy investigated a car versus deer accident in the 1800 blk of 235th Street. The driver Angela Hinds (25) of Shellsburg, IA, was operating a 2020 Chevrolet Camaro when she struck a deer. The estimated damages to the Camaro are $1,500.

6:49pm: A deputy assisted with a motorist assist on Main and 16th Street in Grand Junction.

7:33pm: A deputy investigated a single vehicle accident in the 1000 blk of 110th Street. The driver Noel Bartusek (30) of Des Moines was operating a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The deputy’s investigation led to an arrest for operating while under the influence.

8:24pm: A deputy was advised of a missing juvenile in the 200 blk of 16th Street North in Grand Junction. The juvenile was located.

10:00pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department in the 500 blk of West State Street.

10:08pm: Noel Bartusek (30) of Churdan was booked into the jail for operating without interlock and operating while under the influence- 3rd offense.

Thursday, January 25th

6:45am: A deputy was advised of a vehicle in the ditch on Highway 30 and 210th Street. When the deputy arrived, the vehicle had been removed.

7:33am: A deputy assisted Greene County Ambulance in the 900 blk of Locust Street in Scranton.

1:25pm: A deputy assisted a motorist in the 600 blk of 160th Street.

1:33pm: A deputy was advised of a juvenile that ran away in the 200 blk of 16th Street North Grand Junction.

1:52pm: A deputy was advised of an opossum in the 400 blk of Jefferson Street, Scranton.

5:57pm: A deputy transported an inmate from the Dallas County Jail to the Greene County Jail.

7:21pm: A deputy assisted a motorist in the 1700 blk of 220th Street.

8:30pm: Esequiel Gonzalez (53) of Perry was booked into jail to serve a sentence on violation of probation.

9:11pm: A deputy assisted the Department of Human Resources in the 200 blk of 16th Street North, Grand Junction.

Friday, January 26th

9:12am: A deputy is investigating fraud in the 100 blk of 240th St.

12:40pm: A deputy was advised of elder abuse in the 800 blk of Percival St. Grand Junction.

12:55pm: Nathan Hubbs (18) of Jefferson was booked into the Greene County Jail. Nathan was booked to serve a sentence for an assault.

2:18pm: Deputies were advised of a driving complaint in the 300 blk of X Ave.

2:05pm: Deputies performed a welfare check in the 200 blk of 210th St.

3:47pm: A deputy was advised of a vehicle in the ditch in the 2100 blk of Neola Ave.

5:25pm: Deputies were advised of a driving complaint in the 1300 blk of 220th St.

9:36pm: A deputy was advised of an alarm going off in the 300 blk of 11th St. South in Grand Junction.

Saturday, January 27th

8:49am: A deputy assisted the Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office with locating a vehicle that fled an accident. The vehicle was located in the 1000 blk of 8 th St. in Scranton.

3:08pm: A deputy assisted with child custody issues in the 1100 blk of Eaton Ave.

Sunday, January 28th

2:19am: A deputy was advised of a careless driving complaint in the 1100 blk of 220th St.

9:15am: A deputy assisted the Greene County Ambulance and Grand Junction Rescue

in the 800 blk of Percival St. in Grand Junction.

4:24pm: A deputy initiated a traffic stop in the 1100 blk of 140th St. The deputy arrested the driver Michael Husar (63) of Churdan for operating while under the influence and carrying weapons.

6:48pm: Michael Husar (63) of Churdan was booked into the Greene County Jail. Michael was booked for operating while under the influence 1st offense and possession of carrying dangerous weapons.

8:02pm: A deputy was advised of a careless driver in the 100 blk of 220th St.

8:43pm: A deputy assisted the Greene County Ambulance and Grand Junction Rescue in the 400 blk of Main St. East in Grand Junction.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
