A fundraiser is taking place later tonight in Jefferson.

The Greene County Pony Express Riders of Iowa is hosting a Chili and Bingo fundraiser at the Jefferson Elks Lodge with a social hour from 5-7pm and bingo to be from 7-9pm. Chili and all the fixings will be served for a free-will donation, along with a silent auction. All proceeds will benefit the Easter Seals Camp at Sunnyside in Des Moines, which is the main mission of the Pony Express Riders of Iowa. Bingo cards are $3 for one card and $10 for four cards, with several donated prizes up for grabs.

Additionally, the Greene County Pony Express Senior Queen will also be in attendance.
