The Perry Community School District is sharing the latest numbers as school begin to start back up.

The elementary and middle school in Perry are back in the classroom following the tragic events that occurred at the high school on January 4th. The high school remains closed and is set to open up to students this Wednesday. According to some data from the Perry High School Facebook page that was released on Thursday afternoon, all of the middle school teachers have returned, with 91% of the middle school students back.

Perry Elementary returned with 96% of teachers and 88% of students. According to the Facebook page, today, the school plans on sharing information regarding support administrators that have been hired to help the district over the next months.
