Dallas Center – Grimes girls wrestling will be looking for state qualifiers today, as they will be sending their team to HyVee Hall in Des Moines with the hope and opportunity to find some wrestlers to send to state next week.

DCG will be competing in Region 3 against 24 other schools, as wrestlers will be looking to finish in the top four in their weight division, which if they are able to do, they will wrestle in the state tournament next week. Multiple wrestles were able to make the state tournament last year, and they will be looking to do the same this year.

The event will begin at 10 am, and Raccoon Valley Radio will have results from the tournament.

Boys and girls basketball is back on the road when they play Oskaloosa in Little Hawkeye Conference basketball tonight on the road. DCG teams are 2-0 this week and will look to go perfect. They played Oskaloosa back in December with both teams winning in Grimes.
