Maggie Stevens, Redfield, was traveling in the 28000 block of El Paso Ave, when she hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $2500.

Jan. 25

Domingo De Leon, 1212 1/2 2nd St, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Domestic Abuse Assault.

Crystal Haakma, Perry, was traveling on Hwy 141 when she went into the median between Hwy 141 and the exit ramp of Hwy 169.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $2500 to her vehicle from hitting a sign.  Damage to the sign was estimated at $500.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
