The West Central Valley Wildcats Boy’s bowling team prepare for their triangular against the Mount Ayr Raiders and the Clarke Indians. Senior Brandon Kent, who has bowled in 6 games this season, bowled a 177 during their last outing on the 20th which is his personal best so far this season. Kent, went on to score 312 pins, placing fourth in the top scores for the meet. As a team, the Wildcats went on to score 1516 pins to receive second place, falling short to the Southeast Warren Warhawks who put up in impressive 2306 pins.
Junior Daniel Church is also beginning to heat up on the lane, and although he has only played two games this season, Church averages 130 pins per game. With Kent and Church having momentum on their side, with Kent bowling a personal best and the loss to the Warhawks as fuel, the Wildcats prepare for their triangular in Mount Ayr at the Lucky Lanes Bowling Alley as they take on the Mount Ayr Raiders and the Clarke Indians on Monday, January 29th.
