Annbella Zulu, age 29, 319 7th St, Perry, was arrested for Driving While Barred and Failure To Provide Proof Of Financial Liability.

Pace Langenfeld, Granger, was driving on Hwy 141 at V Ave, when she slowed to make a turn.  Graham Small, Newell, tried to merge into the other lane to pass and due to icy conditions, fishtailed and collided with Ms. Langenfeld’s car.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated to Ms. Langenfeld’s car at $2000.  Damage to Mr. Small’s car was estimated at $2500.

Jenny Bieret, age 41, 16691 Wilden Dr, Clive, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Operating While Under The Influence.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
