The Adair County Iowa State University Extension and Outreach has opened registration for a Youth for the Quality Care of Animals (YQCA) class.
The YQCA program is an annual education program that focuses on animal well-being. Any youth that are eight to twenty-one years old are required to go through the program to show any animals besides horses, dogs and cats. The Adair County Extension will be hosting the class from 6-7pm on January 29th, and this is the first YQCA class of the year.
