The Stuart City Council will meet in regular session Monday.

 

The Council will consider for approval liquor licenses for Dollar General and Kum & Go and hear from citizen Bob Cook on the 2024 Town Clean Up. They will also consider for approval salary contribution for the Depot, contribution to paint poles along White Pole Road and hear from Midwest Partnership Executive Director Brenda Dudley on annual membership contribution for Midwest Partnership, and the 2024 Bonnie and Clyde Fun Run.

 

The Council will then consider for approval a cemetery mowing contract extension with TCB Lawn Care, LLC, upcoming city insurance renewal, a resolution directing civil penalties and revenues received from traffic camera enforcement to be allocated to the general fund. They will then hear an emergency medical services committee update and recommendations, then hear from Stuart Economic Development Director Matt Funk on progress with Kwik Star and the Stuart Sign.
