The Greene County Supervisors will meet tomorrow morning.
The Board will consider for approval the tax increment financing (TIF) Urban Renewal annual report and a discussion about the imposition of a Local Option Sales and Services Tax (LOSST) for the unincorporated area of the county. Next, the Board will consider for approval a resolution calling for a special election of a question to change the use of LOSST revenues, and a resolution calling for a special election on the imposition of using LOSST within the unincorporated areas of the county. Finally, the Board will consider for approval an engagement letter with Northland Securities as the underwriter with the issuance of financing general obligation bonds for an HVAC project at the Greene County Courthouse.
