The Adair County Iowa State University Extension and Outreach is accepting applications for an exchange program.

The 2024 Outbound States 4-H Program is accepting applicants from now until December 1st, and allows interested individuals a chance to take part in an exchange program, but in a shorter time frame. Locations for the coming summer include Argentina, Japan, South Korea, Costa Rica, Taiwan and Norway.
