Ryon Firkins, age 23, 2811 SE 22nd St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Probation. 

Nelis Castellanos Aguilar, Perry, was driving in the 700 block of Sugar Grove Ave in Dallas Center, when she slowed to make a turn into Stine Seed.  Hunter Kloewer, Panora, was driving behind Ms. Aguilar and did not see her slow to turn.  He tried to avoid a collision, but hit the back of the car.  Ms. Aguilar was transported to Mercy hospital for evaluation.  Mr. Kloewer did not report any injuries.  Damage to Ms. Aguilar’s vehicle was estimated at $2000.  Damage to Mr. Kloewer’s vehicle was estimated at $2000.  Mr. Kloewer was cited for Failure To Stop In Assured Clear Distance. 

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
