DCG wrestling continues their first week of practice this week, and as they gear up for the season, they will be getting ready to take on a schedule this upcoming year that should challenge them and make them want to be a better program.

DCG boys wrestling will be having their first meet of the season on Thursday, November 30th when they have a conference matchup at home against Norwalk. That will be the first of four home meets on the season, which includes a good invitational on Saturday, December 2nd when schools all over the state of Iowa come to participate in this event.

The school will also be in invitationals at Johnston, Waukee Northwest, Benton, Urbandale, as well as a conference meet at Pella on Saturday, January 27th.

The district tournament will be happening on Saturday, February 10th and the state tournament will be happening February 14th-17th.

DCG will be looking for a strong season, and they are hoping that a tough schedule will have them prepared for sectionals, districts, and the state tournament as well.
