Officers received a report of a theft in the 1000 block of Lucinda. Under investigation. Arrest: Anthony Charles Kennedy, age 41, 802 W Lincoln Way, Jefferson was arrested on a Greene County warrant for possession of a controlled substance 3rd or subsequent offense. Arrest: Andrew Jessie Simpson, age 34, unknown address, was taken into custody and charged with driving while revoked.
