The Greene County ISU Extension Office is offering another food-related class that even beginning bakers can do.

The No Bake Cheesecake Class will feature a caramel apple cheesecake that happens on November 21st from 5:30-7pm at the Extension Office in Jefferson. Cindy Adamson is leading the class and talks about the atmosphere when people participate in these types of classes.

“Everybody brings their bowl, we have a good time, we all mix it up together, then put it in a pan and take it home and feed your family.”    

The cost is $30 and participants are encouraged to bring their own mixing bowl and hand mixer. Registration deadline is tomorrow. Contact the Extension Office at 515-386-2138 or stop by to sign up.
