Memorial services for Marlys Ostrander, 79, of Jefferson, will be held at 11:00am Saturday, November 4, 2023 at First United Methodist Church, Jefferson.  Visitation with the family will take place prior to the service, beginning at 9:30am Saturday at First United Methodist Church, Jefferson.  Interment will be in the Jefferson Cemetery.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry; children: Lisa Green; Jay (Debi) Ostrander and Dr. Jamie (Donna) Ostrander; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren, with two more on the way; sister, Margot (Jim) Hinchliff; sister-in-law, Deanna Clark; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Dennis and Diane Ostrander, and Kevin and Jackie Ostrander; and many nieces and nephews.

In Lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Gentiva Hospice of Carroll, IA, or in Marlys’s name to benefit  a dementia society.
