The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Music Department had multiple students that received an Iowa High School Association All-State Band Nomination. 

Taylor Braun was nominated for the second year in a row for clarinet and Lily Kruse was also selected for the second year in a row for the flute. Additionally, Nicodemus Fuller was nominated as the first alternate for the all-state band festival on trumpet. 

These  Qualifiers will then perform at the All-State Festival in Ames on the campus of Iowa State University from November 16th-18th.
