Oct 20:
Officers received a report of criminal mischief in the 2800 block of 1st Ave. Vandalism to a sign and some property knocked over.
Arrest: Ranae Ann Kirkpatrick, age 51, 4333 Parkridge Ave, Pleasanthill, IA was arrested on a Dallas County Warrant, Perry’s original charge of Theft 5th degree.
Oct 21:
Officers received a report of criminal mischief in the 2000 block of W 4th St. Victim was not available at the time to complete report.
Oct 22:
Arrest: Ryan Jacob Ayers, age 31, 413 4th St., Perry was taken into custody and charged with operating vehicle without owners consent, possession of burglary tools, burglary 2nd degree, theft 1st degree, theft 5th degree (two counts).
Oct 23:
Arrest: Clifford Eugene Hanysh, age 32, 428 Baker St., Minburn, was taken into custody and charged with driving under suspension.
Arrest: A 13 years of age male from Perry was taken into custody in the 900 block of Willis Ave, and charged with disorderly conduct.

A 14 years of age male from Perry was taken into custody in the 900 block of Willis Ave, Perry and charged with disorderly conduct.
A 12 years of age male from Perry was taken into custody in the 900 block of Willis Ave, Perry and charged with disorderly conduct.
