Received a report of criminal mischief in the 1700 block of Warford. Vehicle window damaged. Total estimated loss $250.
Officers responded to the 1600 block of W 4th St on a report of harassment. Both parties were advised to cease contact with each other.
Arrest: Robyn Sue Donaway, age 56, 3225 5th Ave, Des Moines, was taken into custody and charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st offense (methamphetamine), possession with intent to deliver (methamphetamine) and tax stamp violation.
Arrest: Douglas Eugene Dejong, age 34, 245 Osage Dr., Ottumwa, IA was arrested on a Polk County warrant for possession of a controlled substance 3rd or subsequent offense, failure to appear for preliminary hearing, original charge, possession of a controlled substance 3rd subsequent offense, and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Arrest: Jeffrey Conrad Albright, age 30, 6906 N 1st Lance, McAllen Texas was taken into custody and charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st offense (marijuana).

Arrest: Devin William Holm Morales, age 27, 305 $ Grimmell Road, Jefferson, IA was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear original charge driving under suspension.
