Perry and Greene County will finish the Heart of Iowa Activities Conference volleyball schedule against each other on Thursday night in Jefferson at Greene County High School. Coach Chris Heisterkamp’s Rams are close to clinching a winning season for the third straight year, but still need at least two victories to accomplish the feat.

The Rams are 13-10 overall and 4-2 in the conference while the Jayettes are 8-23 and 2-4. A victory vs. the Jayettes would put the Rams in third place in the HOIAC and would get the team closer to making sure they have more victories than losses. Greene County plays on Saturday in the Winterset tournament before meeting Van Meter in Van Meter to begin Class 3A regional tournament play on Tuesday, Oct. 17.
