10:13am: A deputy investigated a complaint about the construction on 220th Street and N Avenue.

2:40pm: A deputy investigated suspicious activity on 190th Street near W Avenue.

4:10pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with traffic control for an accident on North Olive Street and West Washington Street.

5:03pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 1200 block of Eaton Avenue.

7:01pm : A deputy investigated an illegal burn near 140th Street and N Avenue.

Tuesday, October 10th

8:34am: A deputy investigated a complaint of farm equipment blocking the roadway on 240th Street and A Avenue.

10:20am: Dale Spaulding 55 of Scranton was booked into the jail for a parole violation.

11:23am: A deputy investigated a possible no contact order violation in the 600 block of South 16th Street, Grand Junction.

12:50pm: Eric Rosenow 39 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for possession of a controlled substance 3rd or subsequent offense and dominion or control of a firearm or offensive weapon as a felon.

2:54pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 300 block of 250th Street, Scranton.

4:56pm: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 337th Street near X Avenue. William Barrow 39 of Panora struck a deer with a 2012 Dodge Ram causing an estimated 500 dollars in damage.

7:21pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 400 block of East Paton Street, Paton.

7:55pm: A deputy investigated a dog bite in the 300 block of Head Street, Churdan.

8:11pm: Nathan Hubbs 18 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for domestic abuse assault impeding air or blood flow.

8:26pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 140th Street near Paton.

10:11pm: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 2000 block of 140th Street.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
