West Central Valley Cross Country competed in their own Wildcat invitational on Thursday night. The girls placed 4th overall in the race behind Woodward-Granger and Van Meter. Taitlin Koch took 3rd overall in the meet for the Wildcats as she posted a time of 21:16:60. Zalina Morse was the next one to cross the finish line as she finished with a time of 25:18 and was in 15th place overall.

On the boys side of things, Cael Hazen took 12th with a time of 20:41:80. Cadyn Guisinger was right behind him with a time of 22:36:80. Both teams will be back on Monday for the Nodaway Valley Cross Country Invite at Greenfield Country Club. The meet will begin at 5 PM.
