The Perry City Council will meet on Monday. 

The Council will consider for approval a settlement agreement for Richard Steadman, authorizing internal advance for funding of an urban renewal project, sale or discarding of unused or outdated equipment, a local match and a grant application to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), an application to the US Department of Transportation for a SMART Grant and an real estate donation agreement and assumption of lease.

The Council will consider setting a date for public hearing on the designation of the expanded Perry Urban Renewal Area and on Urban Renewal Plan Amendment. The rest of the agenda can be found by clicking here. The meeting will take place at the Towncraft Building at 6pm.
