A non-profit organization in Greene County is opening its annual grant application cycle.
Grow Greene County Gaming Corporation (GGCGC) is the non-profit gaming license holder for Wild Rose Casino and Resort in Jefferson. They are accepting competitive grant applications from other non-profits, governmental entities and charitable organizations in Greene County from October 1st through February 15, 2024. All grant applications must be completed and submitted online this year through GGCGC’s website and there are no changes to the application itself.
GGCGC receives five percent of the adjusted gross revenue from Wild Rose Jefferson and of that, 4.1 percent goes to projects within Greene County, including funding to the seven municipalities, the two school districts, the Greene County Community Foundation, and other economic development projects. The final 0.9 percent is allocated equally to the six contiguous counties and their respective community foundations. Click the link below to get to the application.
