The Jayettes will be back in the pool tonight at the McCreary Community Center for their triangular meet with Newton and Oskaloosa. Perry is coming off their outing in the Fort Dodge Triangular last Thursday night in which they finished second in the overall in the meet.  Perry defeated Algona 59-38 head to head, while falling to Fort Dodge 58-42. The Jayettes currently sit at 9-1 on the season following the meet. There were 5 personal best times in individual events by 3 different swimmers. Sophia McDevitt had one, Aleah Karolus and Emily Dowd each had two. Madeline McDevitt, Addison Huntington, Jenna Nelson, and Emily Dowd came in second in medley relay against Fort Dodge but finished first in that event to Algona with a time of 2:17:91. Lilly Riley finished with a time of 2:14:11 in the 200 M freestyle and came in 4th in the event against Fort Dodge and 2nd to Algona.

The meet will begin at 6:30 tonight at the McCreary Center in Perry. I will provide updates once I have them after the meet right here on KDLS and on our website  raccoonvalleyradio.com.
