12:05am: Alex Treft 32 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

2:50am: Kailee Davidson 23 of Boone was booked into the jail for assault simple, possession of a controlled substance 2nd offense 2 counts, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

3:30pm: A deputy arrested Isabell Perez 21 of Churdan for unauthorized use of a credit card under 1,500 dollars 3 counts.

4:15pm: Isabell Perez 21 of Churdan was booked into the jail for 3 counts of unauthorized use of a credit card.

6:48pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint in the 1400 block of Linwood Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
