Ballard shuts out Dallas Center-Grimes in week four of the high school football season on Friday.

The final score was 24 to 0. The Bombers dominated the game start to finish with their senior running back Eli Rouse scoring a touchdown from 36 yards out to break the tie in the second quarter. Then the Mustang’s senior quarterback Ty Mikkelsen  would be sacked for a safety by the senior linebacker Jack Nelson. The Mustangs would head to the locker room at halftime down 9 to 0.

The Bomber’s Chance Lande would have a second half to remember. He had a receiving touchdown and an interception that he returned 67 yards for a touchdown.

Dallas Center-Grimes falls to a record of (1-3). They will have to regroup as they will start district play next week against Council Bluffs Jefferson in Council Bluffs. Raccoon Valley Radio will provide live coverage on our KDLS-2 mobile stream.
