Accident:
Unit 1 gray 2017 Chevy TRX registered to and driven by Martha Ann Walston, 209 19th St., Grand Junction, IA.
Unit 2 silver 2003 Honda Accord registered to and driven by Yusnel Hernandez Delgado, 88 Carriage House, Columbus, NE.
Unit 1 was stopped at the red light at 8th and Willis when unit 2 failed to stop and struck the unit one in the rear.
Total estimated damages $12000.00. Both parties were taken to the Dallas County Hospital for minor injuries. Driver of unit 2 cited for failure to stop in safe and assured distance, and operating without a driver’s license.
Officers responded to the 1200 block of 1st Ave on a report of criminal mischief. The building at that location was written on. Case under investigation.
Arrest: A 17 years of age female from Perry was taken into custody in the 900 block of Willis Ave and charged with criminal mischief 4th degree.
Arrest: Krystyn Irene Ridgley, age 22, 1909 Warford, Perry was taken into custody and charged with criminal mischief 5th degree.
