Tonight they head to Lake City to face off against the #10 3-0 South Central Calhoun Titans, who received 23 votes, dropping from the 7th place ranking last week. For the Chargers, junior Jathan South leads in passing and rushing yards, completing 3 of 8 passes for 100 yards in the air and 1 touchdown, and putting up 288 yards on 30 carries for 6 touchdowns on the ground. Senior Anthony Solorzano leads in receiving yards, with 1 reception for 54 yards and a touchdown, along with 257 rushing yards for 3 touchdowns on the ground, while fellow senior Tegan Slaybough leads on the defensive front, with 23 total tackles, 2 of which are for a loss, and 11 of which came from the team’s previous game against the Panorama Panthers.

For the Titans, senior Gavin Batta leads in passing yards, with 37 completions on 64 throws for 606 yards and 6 touchdown passes, while adding 155 rushing yards and 3 touchdowns on the ground. Fellow senior Brock Nattress leads in the ground game, with 232 yards on 24 attempts for 2 rushing touchdowns, and 2 touchdowns through the air on 192 receiving yards. Senior Keegan Soard leads in receptions, with 211 yards on 12 catches for 4 touchdowns, while fellow senior Naylan Gulbranson leads on the defensive front, with 23.5 tackles and 3.5 sacks.

The two teams have only played each other once, ending in an AC/GC victory in 2021 with a final score of 34-13 per the sports statistics site Bound. Both teams will be looking to continue their winning streak, but only one will have their wish granted.
