Greene County plays a Heart of Iowa Activities Conference volleyball match tonight in Jewell vs. South Hamilton and Paton-Churdan plays in Churdan vs. Ar-We-Va (Westside) in Rolling Valley Activities Conference play.

Coach Chris Heisterkamp’s Rams are 1-1 in the league and 9-6 overall after winning in straight sets in Monroe vs. PCM on Tuesday night. Despite losing several regulars from the 2022 squad to graduation and having just two seniors on the team this year, the Rams are entering midseason with a winning record in both matches and sets.

Coach Makayla Spaar’s Rockets are 0-4 on the season and 0-12 in sets and meet an AWV team that was without a win going into this week. This is the third match in four days for P-C after having just two matches the first three weeks of the season.
